You can unlock all Mortal Kombat klassic characters using this little mod.

- Using Comgenie, or OpenPS3FTP with FileZilla, copy the PS3TOC.TXT into the USRDIR directory found in the Mortal Kombat game folder–overwriting the original file, stored on the PS3′s internal hard drive. (e.g. hdd0PS3_GAMEUSRDIR)
- And again… using Comgenie, or OpenPS3FTP with FileZilla, copy the COALESCED.INI into the USRDIRCONFIG directory found in the Mortal Kombat game folder–overwriting the original file, stored on the PS3′s internal hard drive. (e.g. hdd0PS3_GAMEUSRDIRCONFIG)

Unrar. (Do not rename patch to PATCH)
Place patch folder in usb.
Open comgenie
Go to dev_hdd0
Go to game (Not GAMES)
Go into BLUS30522
Go in USRDIR
Delete patch folder
Copy patch folder over from usb
Done.
Pick scorps alternate costume (costume 2): Down, Up, Up + Triangle
